To address this, we propose adopting the ISTQB testing standard. This approach will help us manage requirements, tests, tests plans, and testing cycles more effectively.
By involving all team members (UXs, BAs, developers and clients) throughout the software creation and maintenance process, we aim to reduce issues post-deployment and ensure valuable features.
