Introduction to Newsroom: Commission's Corporate Service for Sending Newsletters

Here's what you can expect from this session:

This session will give you a brief introduction to Newsroom: Commission’s Corporate Service for Sending Newsletters. We will see how to use it with a Drupal website, on its own or in combination with another content provider.

Target audience: 

This session is open to all audiences. While the focus will be primarily on business use cases, technical aspects will also be covered.

About the speaker:

Olivier originally started out as a sociologist, but later transitioned into web application development. After working for several companies, he eventually joined the European Commission. That’s where he was asked to develop an application to manage news and send newsletters.

Over time and through multiple iterations, the application grew into a tool capable of handling multiple environments — and after a long journey, it became a corporate solution. Along the way, his role evolved from developer to project manager.

He will do this presentation with Roser, their documentation and support specialist, and Adriano, Laravel (among other things!) developer.
