In this 45-minute session for developers and site builders, we will experiment with the new 10.1.91 release of Protected Content and jump directly into its re-encryption capabilities. For the first time after 6 years of continuous development, the module is being used in production to handle an almost fully automated workflow for the lifecycles of protected contents. It now includes, among other features: client side, field integrated, asymmetric encryption of arbitrary files and texts, generation of pairs of PGP/RSA keys per user with OpenPGPJs, encryption, decryption and (the much awaited!) re-encryption for synchronisation of recipients and added support for key rotation.
Hands-on demo: A brief, guided walkthrough in which we will explain and demonstrate the following:
- Generation of keys
- Hosted encryption, set of wished recipients, re-encryption
The session will conclude with 15 min. of Q&A.
