Sachiko Muto 

Chair of OpenForum Europe, a senior researcher at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, and a Board member of the Drupal Association. She originally joined OFE in 2007 and served for several years as Director with responsibility for government relations and then as CEO. Sachiko has degrees in Political Science from the University of Toronto and the London School of Economics; she received her doctorate in standardisation policy from TU Delft. 

Audrey Vittecoq-Laporte

After earning a Master’s degree in Computational Linguistics, Audrey moved from back-end development into digital project leadership. She joined the agency ecedi in 2010 as a Lead Drupal Developer and later took on roles as Quality Manager, Digital Accessibility Expert, and Project Director. 

Since 20218, she has been working as a Project Director for the French Ecological Transition Ministry (MTE), leading large-scale Drupal projects for the public sector. 
Since 2024, she has been part of the Ctrl-a Group, where she continues to advocate for Drupal and open source ecosystems. 

Specialised in Drupal projects for public administrations, she supports institutions in addressing key challenges such as digital accessibility, quality, regulatory compliance, digital responsibility, and the long-term sustainability of public digital services. 

Certified in Opquast and Digital Responsibility, Audrey is strongly committed to knowledge sharing and skills development, with the goal of building accessible, sustainable Drupal platforms in service of the public interest.

Estela Francisco 

Estela has worked at the European Medicines Agency (EMA) for over a decade, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to enhance the user experience, accessibility, and search visibility of the agency’s Drupal-based website. 

Collaborating closely with developers, UX teams, and content editors, she ensures accessibility is embedded early in design, development, and editorial workflows, with a focus on meaningful content structure, semantics, and usability for people using assistive technologies. 

She also contributes to enhancing open-source components shared across European institutions, supporting EMA and other europa.eu websites in delivering more inclusive digital public services. 

Greg Harvey 

I am the Director at open source specialist digital agency Code Enigma. As open source specialists we are naturally leaning towards social and environmental goals and outcomes. We specialise in designing, delivering, hosting and supporting high quality Internet solutions, predominantly built using the Drupal content management system, though we work with a whole range of open source software. We work with organisations of all shapes, sizes and budgets. As long as the Internet is central to completing your goals and you're doing positive things in the world, we are a good fit. 

Janick Cox 

Janick Cox works at the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in Cologne. With over 20 years of experience in digital communication and web management, his work centres on applying open source and open web principles—specifically through Drupal and Mautic—to the public sector. 

He recently led the development of the EASA Sustainability Portal, a platform for aircraft operator reporting under the ReFuelEU Aviation regulation. He also works on implementing the Flight Emissions Label regulation, which provides the greenhouse gas emission calculations. Across these projects, Janick focuses on usability and driving efficiency gains, ensuring complex regulatory processes are streamlined for both the agency and its stakeholders. 

Jeffrey A. "jam" McGuire 

Jeffrey A. "Jam" McGuire is a partner at Open Strategy Partners, a marketing agency that helps B2B technology, open source, and other companies connect their complex solutions to the value they deliver. He helps companies communicate and grow by finding and telling the stories that connect their technologies to the value they deliver. 

His approach to technology marketing focuses on communicating the human context of complex technology solutions. An experienced speaker, he has hosted numerous award ceremonies over the past 15 years and has delivered dozens of keynotes, more than 150 conference presentations, and more than 220 podcast interviews.

Mike Gifford is the Open Standards & Practices Lead at CivicActions, a company that helps government agencies build modern digital services. I'm an IT engineer who began my career as a developer before joining the European Commission in 2006. Over the years, I evolved into an IT architect and later transitioned into management roles. I eventually moved to the Directorate-General for Communication, where I now serve as Deputy Head of Unit in the Web Communication Unit. Although my career path has shifted toward management and communication, my passion for technology and IT remains at the heart of everything I do.

Long time Open Source Advocate (since 2001) and Drupal enthusiast (since 2006), I've created and run a french drupal Agency for more than 20 years, working on big institutional and cultural websites for large organizations (ie : UNESCO), and contributing to many drupal module development and translations, like the Scald suite in Drupal 7, that became the drupal core media solution since Drupal 8.4. 
I'm also a DrupalCon/DrupalCamp Speaker for a long time and enjoy sharing with other drupalists. 

Since 2025, I've joined the Ctrl-A (https://www.ctrla.fr) crew as a CSO, working on other fields that matter to me : Eco-design, Digital Accessibility, Inclusivity and Digital Sovereignty.  

Tiffany Farriss 

Tiffany Farriss has been deeply involved with the Drupal Association (DA), serving on its Board of Directors. Her tenure includes service from 2009 to 2017 and a return to the board in later years. 
In her DA role she has taken on key leadership positions: she has served as Treasurer (finance lead) and chaired the Marketplace Working Group, helping steer strategic initiatives around Drupal’s ecosystem and sustainability. 
Farriss is a strong advocate for open source contribution, diversity in tech communities, and sustainable organisational cultures. She emphasises building inclusive teams and creating long-term economic models that support open projects.
